This Labour Day, members of IAM Local 1231 came together to proudly participate in the Labour Day Parade, standing alongside fellow workers and unions in a powerful celebration of solidarity.
Labour Day is more than a long weekend—it is a celebration of the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers who keep our communities strong. It is also a reminder of what we can accomplish when we stand together.
Unions give workers a collective voice, helping us fight for fair wages, safe workplaces, respect, dignity, and better working conditions. Every achievement won by working people is strengthened by solidarity.
