This week the largest Women’s Leadership class ever was held at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center and it was nothing short of powerful.
IAM sisters from across North America and from a wide range of industries came together to learn, lead and lift each other up. Through workshops, solidarity and shared experiences, they are shaping the future of our union and breaking new ground for women in Labour.
These trailblazers are not just participants – they are mentors, role models and future leaders of the IAM. Their voices are strong, their vision is clear and their impact will be lasting.
