It’s the cheerful season—a time of joy, connection, and bringing light to others.
From December 2–4, 2025, members of the IAM Union, including BR Ben Osakue, President Merry St. Bernard, and Chief Steward Susanna Duncan, were delighted to engage directly with our members during the Spectrum Healthcare Luncheon events.
Over these three days, the Union visited Mississauga, Scarborough, and Newmarket, reaching members across Peel, Toronto, and York Region. The response from the membership was overwhelmingly positive. Members warmly welcomed the initiative and expressed genuine excitement to interact with Union leadership in person.
This outreach reflects our ongoing commitment to show up, connect, listen, and support—not just during the holiday season, but all year long. We are grateful for the meaningful conversations, the shared laughter, and the opportunity to strengthen solidarity across all regions.
