The IAM Union has officially sent a letter to Minister Patty Hajdu, condemning the government’s use of Section 107 of the Canada Labour Code in the Air Canada flight attendants’ dispute.
Collective bargaining is a fundamental right, and it must take place at the table; not be undermined by government-imposed arbitration.
