“The union on behalf of the negotiations committee sent out the ballot packet to all 1231 Members home address, please check your mailbox for an envelope from the union. Inside this envelope is a small ballot envelope, a ballot, and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Please read the letter explaining the proposed changes and then mark your ballot, place it in the small envelope marked ballot, and then place the ballot envelope inside the self-addressed stamped envelope and mail it back to the district.
Please note the envelope must be received on or before October 6, 2023.”
